Our Service Desk and comprehensive service plans ensure that we are there for you in the way you want us to be. We can guarantee phone and onsite response because we have a dedicated help desk 8:30am to 5:00pm weekdays. Our team logs your service questions, provide remote diagnostics, troubleshoots and schedules a technician to come on site to resolve any issues.. Our advanced service ticketing system sends email notifications on the status of your service call to keep you up to date.
