Design Build

Our systems engineers listen to your concerns and goals. We combine smart thinking and creative ideas to design effective and functional meeting spaces that meet your technical, aesthetic and budget requirements. We understand that a thorough and accurate design is the first step in a successful project.

CAD

Our Engineering team creates complex systems design in CAD for our installation teams for seamless implementation. Our documentation package includes comprehensive system flow diagrams, control flows, cable risers, rack elevations, ceiling and front elevations.

Infrastructure Specification

One of the most critical aspects of a successful project is ensuring that all of the infrastructure required for a project is defined upfront and is provided in the correction locations. We understand that and that is why our engineer and project manager work closely with the architect| interior designer and electrical consultant to make sure there are no missteps. System Commissioning / Closeout Process

Our field engineers follow a documented methodology to verify that the system functions as designed and is ready to be turned over for client signoff. With the use of video test generators, wave forms and other test equipment, we perform rigorous testing to ensure that the quality and integrity of all video and audio signals meets the highest standard. .Any changes to the system during the installation phase are noted on the system flow drawings so that final as-built drawings can be created.

System Certifications

OE offers system certification services for our clients who request upgrades or maintenance agreements for an existing audiovisual system, which we did not originally install or are not currently supporting. To successfully upgrade or support existing systems, it is necessary for us to verify the integrity of the system. During this certification we will test the complete functionality of the system and document the existing equipment so that we have an accurate base line understanding of the existing system for future upgrades and support. The system certification will include the following:

• Onsite testing of the existing system
• Identification of any apparent system problems
• Issues identified will need to be resolved on a T&M basis prior to the implementation of any maintenance agreement
• Document equipment list
• Documentation of existing wiring schematics or verification of as-built drawings
• Creation of system flow in CAD

Programming

We understand the importance of making AudioVisual Systems easy to use. OE specializes in “one-touch” graphic menus that make even the most advanced AV systems easy to use for everyone. Creating touch panel design that deliver these results require good graphic design skills with technical programming ability. Our programming team has over ten years of collective experience in designing and programming our control systems, continuing to find new ways to improve the customer experience.
